What if the upload doesn’t start?

  1. Make sure the videos are placed in the Apps/YouTuBox folder in your Dropbox
  2. Check that the file extensions match the list of allowed extensions
  3. Make sure the videos are fully synced with Dropbox (e.g. show up in the web version: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Apps/YouTuBox)
  4. If your videos don’t show up in YouTuBox within a few minutes (max. 5), move all videos out of your Apps/YouTuBox folder and move them back in one by one. You can use the ‘Force Sync’-Button in the Connection Settings to manually transfer all videos inside the App/YouTuBox folder to YouTube.
