What if the upload doesn't start?
- Make sure the videos are placed in the
Apps/YouTuBox
folder in your Dropbox - Check that the file extensions match the list of allowed extensions
- Make sure the videos are fully synced with Dropbox (e.g. show up in the web version: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Apps/YouTuBox)
- If your videos don’t show up in You2box within a few minutes (max. 5), move all videos out of your
Apps/YouTuBox
folder and move them back in one by one. You can use the ‘Force Sync’-Button in the Connection Settings to manually transfer all videos inside theApps/YouTuBox
folder to YouTube. - If none of the above helps, please contact our support through the settings menu inside You2box
